Your Questions, Answered

What is the Founding Member offer? A $10 downpayment secures your Founding Member pricing. The downpayment is paid at signing, and your regular billing doesn't begin until opening day.
Is there a limited number of Founding Memberships available? Yes. Pricing increases automatically after the first 100, 300, and 500 members sign up.
Will my rate be locked in for life, or for a set period? Your rate is locked for 2 years. There's a 1-year membership obligation, after which you move to month-to-month at the same locked price.
Is there an enrollment fee? Will it be waived? There's a $10 price-lock guarantee. Your first biweekly bill and last month's dues post on opening day.
Is there an annual fee? Yes.
When does the Founding Member offer expire? Exclusive pricing first 100, 300, 500 members.
Is there a referral program? Refer a friend as an existing or Founding Member and you'll both receive club credit.
When does pre-sale officially begin? As soon as our membership software is installed. (Exact date TBD)
What is the anticipated opening date? Winter 2026.
What happens if construction is delayed? Billing will delay along with the opening date — you're never charged before we open.
Can I cancel my membership before opening? Yes, anytime, by emailing us.
What membership options are available during presale? Annual plans are available online. Both month-to-month and annual plans are available in person.
What membership options are available after opening? Both Core and Elite offer annual, 3-month month-to-month, and single-month options.
Are there student, military, first responder, or corporate discounts during presale? Not during presale.
When does billing begin? On opening day.
Are group fitness classes included in my membership? Core includes classes except Hot Yoga and Pilates. Elite includes full class access.
Are recovery amenities included? Recovery amenities are included with the Elite membership.
Can I transfer my membership from another RISE location? Yes — members can access Pasadena with a RISE multi-club membership, or by upgrading an existing membership.
How big is the Pasadena location? 42,000 square feet.
How much cardio and strength equipment will be available? 75+ cardio machines and 100+ strength machines, with a dumbbell range from 5 to 125 lbs.
What group fitness studios will be available? Over 3,000 sq ft dedicated to group fitness, including group X, hot yoga/hot pilates, cycling, and a possible reformer studio.
What recovery amenities does the facility offer? Human Touch and HydroMassage chairs, red light therapy, Theraguns, infrared therapy, 5 tanning beds, and saunas in both locker rooms plus 2 infrared saunas in the recovery area.
What equipment brands will be in the facility? Max Pump, Watson, Core (Nautilus, Throwdown, Stairmaster), Arsenal, Mega Mass, Booty Builder, HydroMassage, Human Touch, and Life Fitness.
